Ooo...what a combination. LOL Love the image here. And the darkened edges effect is very nice. Looks spooky.

Very nice image. I know the powder factory all too well. I grew up by there in Loveland, i still remember following the railroad tracks to get there before that built the paved trail by it. Many times did we sneak in there as kids and walk around, never saw anything paranormal though. I am the photographer who does the One Shoe Diaries site, I saw your shoe photo come up on google and thought I would check out your site. I love the 365 idea, wish I had come up[ with it :) But I am obsessed with the shoes still. Also the Loveland castle image was great, my brother and sister who are older than I used to help him gather the rocks for that castle from the little miami and carry them up with him. He was a odd fellow, but very nice. I believe that place is more likely haunted than the powder factory, I have seen weird stuff there.

I am very familiar with the old Peter Cartridge Co as I used to work in the buildings where we manufactured eyewear in 1989. There is alot of paranormal activity there that I personally experienced firsthand as well as the activity that my coworkers experienced. Too many things that happened that we could not explain and that could not be denied because it was witnessed by multiple people. There are spirits there who make their presence known often. It is indeed a fascinating place and one that I will never forget.
