First, a boy doesn't take time to color this well so we must assume a girl did the art work. Second, since a girl colored this I would say she did this to throw you off to the fact that she sneaks and sleeps over! You'll make a terrific grandpa, and we'll all enjoy your 365 full of baby pics!
See, I was leaning towards something simpler, something like "He's making fun of us".
By the way, I always colored in the lines.
