At least until I get my "Economic Stimulus Package" I'm playing with an Olympus Camedia C5500 (point and shoot). I've enjoyed it for years, but didn't really know how to use some of the features until PG started this project.
I'd say 30 takes, and we were running up against dinner...
... and indeed, until his treacherous ways were exposed, Johnny D was my son's favorite baseball hero. Not anymore.
He's a patient kid, isn't he? A really good sport.
A friend of mine recently bought - and raves about - the Nikon D40.
Still, I expect something more essential will probably come up before the check arrives... in which case this Olympus, which I really do like, will remain the workhorse.
